$2 billion California Powerball winner Edwin Castro has bought a $4 million California mansion after dropping $25.5 million on a lavish Hollywood Hills estate earlier this month.

The 30-year-old claimed the winning ticket last month, receiving a one-time payment of $997.6 million.

Castro quickly purchased the sprawling bachelor pad, coined as an “entertainer’s dream,” as it includes a games room, wine cellar, movie theater, bar and luxury fitness studio.

The California native recently expanded his real estate portfolio once again by buying a $4 million mansion in his hometown of Altadena – a short distance from the gas station where he bought his winning Powerball payday.

His new Japanese-inspired trail is shielded from the public eye by olive trees and has beautiful unobstructed views of the San Gabriel Mountains, dirt.com reported.

The outlet describes the five-bedroom, four-bathroom home built in 1953 as modern with Japanese influences. It features high ceilings, crisp white walls and minimalist lighting fixtures perfect for displaying an art collection.

Castro has bought two mansions in California since winning the Powerball.

The living room of the residence features a fireplace and the eat-in kitchen is equipped with Thermador appliances. There are beautiful views of the garden and the mountains throughout the estate.

Two of the five bedrooms have been reconfigured to act as an art studio and soundproof cinema.

As you step outside the U-shaped house there is a pond, patio and salt water pool. The property can park over a dozen vehicles off-street in a detached two-car garage and separate covered carport.

Castro claimed the winning ticket last month, receiving a one-time payment of $997.6 million.

The first house Castro bought after his big win has five bedrooms, five bathrooms and two powder rooms. The 13,500 square feet of living space offers panoramic views of Downtown LA to Century City.

The space also contains a gym, cold plunge pool, wind cellar, cinema and sauna.

Castro’s most recent purchase is not far from the Altadena gas station where he bought the winning lottery ticket.

Exterior features include an infinity pool, spa, two fire pits and a built-in BBQ.

Castro reported to a gas station in Altadena more than three months after purchasing the winning ticket, and his win was announced on February 14 by California Lottery officials.
